With the introduction of ARDEX Feather Finish in 1991, Ardex has literally impacted how the entire world uses floor patches today. Leading the industry in quality and performance, ARDEX Feather Finish is state-of-the-art in self-drying, highly versatile flooring patches. Using ARDEX Self-Drying Technology, all mix water is chemically combined within the material, eliminating the time consuming need to allow for drying by evaporation. ARDEX Feather Finish demonstrates ARDEX's ability to bring the simplest solutions to the most complex flooring problems.

Concrete Toppings are another category where ARDEX innovation leads the way. Answering the call of architects and designers, ARDEX developed ARDEX SD-T in 1995, a Portland cement-based topping, available in gray or white, which can be used as canvas for creative and exciting colored concrete flooring designs.

In 1999 ARDEX CD Concrete Dressing was introduced, the first Portland cement-based solution for repairing spalled, gouged, and worn sidewalks, driveways, and other damaged exterior concrete surfaces. ARDEX CD refinishes a slab with a strong durable coating that will not chip, flake, crack, or disbond. This product offers the most cost effective solution to ripping out and replacing old, damaged concrete.
